Their vitamins didn't work for me and I won't buy again.

They delete negativ reviews.
What I bought it didn't work for me, I left a review and was deleted. I will never buy again and I regret I didn't check trustpilot reviews before placing the order.

I have ordered the hair + energy and hormone support supplements that i have been taking regularly for about four months, i havent seen any results even though the website states that results should be visible within 1-2 months. Also the prices are ridiculous, i regret spending money on this site.
Finally, i would advise to read reviews on third party sites as they are picking 5 star reviews on their site. Stay away from them!

ordered magnesium. the amount of it in each pill turned out to be much smaller than in other (better quality) companies, but the prices is higher. also, it includes a number of completely unnecessary fillers.
finally - you cannot return an order even if unopened. this is, to me, a sign of a highly uncaring company. all other supplement companies I buy from accept returns of unopened products and I don't see why this company cant (other than profit).

Really poor.. i got hair and energy capsules and it made me really sick. I ended up with upset stomach and diarrhoea. They don’t offer returns or refunds. I put 1 star review on their page but its not there so they obviously deleted it. What a fake company.

Ordered something via Amazon, realised 15 minutes later that I'd ordered the wrong product, contacted through Amazon asking for a cancellation so I could re-order the correct item. They're really fast at despatching when they think you want to cancel, an order that was quoted as due for delivery in 5 to 7 days suddenly arrived the following day, with their website stating no 'change of mind' returns accepted!
JS Health, please note that your returns policy is illegal, consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason when buying online (distance selling). I cancelled within 20 minutes and you ignored it and despatched anyway.
